A single-story ranch and a two-story with three gables need completely different displays, and a bin of pre-cut strands can't tell the difference. We measure, cut, and design to what your house actually is — which is why our installs read as deliberate rather than draped.

Pick Your Colors Once — or Change Them All Season.
Same crew, same custom-cut lights, same all-season service. The only question is whether the colors are set on design day or from your phone.
- ✓Classic — colors chosen at designWe choose your palette when we design the display and it stays that way for the season. Warm white, red and green, or full color. Costs a little less than color-changing.
- ✓Color-changing — addressable C9Every bulb is individually addressable, so the roofline changes from your phone: warm amber for Thanksgiving, red and green for Christmas, gold for New Year's. One install covers the whole run.

We meet at your house
Free, no pressure, and usually twenty minutes. We walk the property, talk through what you're picturing, and check power and timers. You get a clear number for the whole season — not a base price with a list of extras underneath it.

We install before Thanksgiving
Most of our customers want the lights on the night after Thanksgiving dinner, so the calendar fills from that date backwards. Booking early is genuinely the difference between your preferred week and whatever's left.

We keep it perfect
Florida weather, squirrels, and bad luck all happen. Text us and we come out — no invoice, no argument. A display that's half-dark on December 20th is the only real failure in this business.

We take it down and keep it
Everything comes down by mid-January and goes into our storage, labeled for your house. Next season it comes back a little better, because we already know your roofline.

What People Actually Ask Us
What does it cost?
It depends on the house — a single-story ranch and a two-story with three gables aren't the same job. That's why the design consult is free: we look at your roofline, you tell us what you're picturing, and you get one number covering design, lights, install, all-season maintenance, takedown, and storage. No deposit required to get the quote.
Do I need to be home for the install?
No. Most of our installs happen while people are at work. We only need access to the exterior and an outlet. You'll come home to it finished.
What if my HOA has rules about decorations?
We work in South Lake communities constantly — several of them hire us for their own entrances — so we're used to designing inside HOA guidelines. Tell us what your community allows and we'll design to it.
What happens if a section goes out?
Text us and we come fix it. All-season maintenance is included in the price, not billed separately — bulbs, sections, and timers covered by us, not you. This is the single biggest difference between a professional install and a DIY one.
Do you only do the roofline, or the yard too?
Both, and the yard is usually what makes it. Wrapped palms and oaks, lit hedges and beds, walkway lighting, and pool cage lighting all extend the display past the roofline. We also do year-round landscape lighting if you want the property to look intentional after dark in July as well as December.
Is it too late to book?
Call and ask. The calendar fills from Thanksgiving backwards and the best weeks go early, but cancellations and gaps happen all season. It costs you nothing to find out.
Who actually shows up at my house?
Colton Lipham, the owner, attends every consultation, every install, and every service call. There are no subcontractors and no rotating crews — the person who designs your display is the person who hangs it, and the person who answers when you call.
