Can you work within our approved budget?
Yes — tell us the number and we design to it. We'd rather build a display your community can repeat proudly every year than oversell year one. Tiered options make the vote easy.
How fast can we get a quote?
One walk-through is usually all we need, and the itemized quote follows quickly — in time for your next board meeting. Call early in the fall for the best install dates.
Who handles maintenance and takedown?
We do — it's included. The display is maintained all season, taken down on schedule in January, and stored in our facility. Your community never touches a ladder or a storage closet.
Will installation disrupt the gate or traffic?
No. We schedule around your gate operation and peak traffic hours, and most entrance installs are done in a single visit.
Can residents get their homes done too?
Absolutely — that's how several of our communities started. Some boards share our info in the community newsletter; neighbors joining together is the best part of this job.
