Lipham Lighting is a family-run lighting company from Montverde, Florida — and that's not a marketing line. It's the whole business model.

Our story

Since 2017, One Standard: Do It Like It's Our Own House.

Lipham Lighting has been lighting South Lake County homes and businesses since 2017. We're based in Montverde and we work where we live — Clermont, Minneola, Winter Garden, and the surrounding towns are our neighbors, not "territory."

Owner Colton Lipham designs every display and leads every install. There are no subcontractors and no rotating crews — the person who sketches your display is the same person who hangs it, and the same person who shows up when a section goes dark the week before Christmas.

Up before the season. Perfect all season. Down by mid-January. Stored until next year.

During the season that pace is real: weekends are work days, materials arrive by the truckload, and the phone keeps ringing. We wouldn't have it any other way — as a small business, every single customer is the reason this works, and we treat every roofline like it's the one our own family drives home to.
