Lipham Lighting is a family-owned holiday and landscape lighting company based in Montverde, Florida, serving Clermont, Minneola, Winter Garden, and all of South Lake County, with commercial projects across Central Florida. We provide residential holiday lighting, commercial holiday lighting and decor, permanent roofline lighting, and landscape lighting — every job handled personally by owner Colton Lipham. Seasonal displays are maintained, taken down, and stored by us; permanent and landscape installs are backed by a 2-year labor and 10-year product warranty.

Before You Ask
Is takedown and storage really included?
Yes — every residential install includes professional takedown (we aim to have everyone down by mid-January) and off-season storage in our facility. Your lights, our garage.
What happens if something fails mid-season?
We come out and make it right. If a bulb, section, or timer fails, all-season service is included in the price — not sold as an add-on.
When should I book my holiday install?
Early fall. Install dates are first-come, first-served and the calendar typically fills before Thanksgiving. Booking early gets your preferred date and a relaxed design process.
Do you service my town?
We're based in Montverde and serve Clermont, Minneola, Winter Garden, and greater South Lake County, with recent projects in Groveland, Mascotte, and beyond. If you're close, call — the answer is usually yes.
